Data jurisdiction and what it means for cloud providers

Last week, our Senior Vice President of Business Development, Cameron Burke, contributed an article to SC Magazine UK on the increasingly important topic of data jurisdiction and what it means for cloud providers. Have a look at the SC Magazine UK article here.

The bottom line for Cirius and our partners is that the sensitivities (and legislation) around data jurisdiction – where hosted data is stored and who has sovereignty over this data – presents enormous opportunities for solution vendors. The fact that our customers around the globe can choose the region in which their data is hosted is a key advantage for us and, for many, a very necessary one due to increased regulation.

One thing is certain, data jurisdiction will continue to be an important topic and one we will continue to discuss openly with our partners and customers.
